ONDON (Thomson Financial) - Red Rock Resources PLC said the government of Malawi has granted Eastbourne Exploration Ltd, a company owned by Retail Star Ltd (RSL), the Machinga uranium licence in Malawi.
As a result, 30 mln B Performance shares in Retail Star, held by Red Rock, have been converted into fully paid ordinary shares, as agreed last July when Red Rock sold its Australian uranium assets to Retail Star.
Red Rock said it now holds 110 mln shares, or a 20.06 pct stake in RSL.
